Sign up is a little before 7pm. We do short (usually 6-10 minute) sets onstage using the mics & PA system. Then we circle the seats and spend the last 30-60 minutes in a song-swap format, backing each other up, singing & playing along with each person's song selection. Instrumentalists and singers welcome, even if you aren't interested in being part of the on-stage sets. There is no charge. The Step donates concert tickets for a drawing among everyone who plays a set on stage. Sandwiches, desserts, coffee, tea, and wine are generally available from the Apostrophe Café in Proctor's Arcade.
