Sign Up in store for the next scheduled Open Mic. Open Mic kicks off with an Open Jam / Educational Jam for the first 30 minutes. Also, there is sometimes a Closing Jam during the last 15-20 minutes, depending on the turn out. We will have an electric drum set, a piano, and Bass & guitar amps available for use. Come on by to play or support your local Frederick music artists!

Frederick’s ONLY collaborative open mic! What does that mean?
Rather than a traditional open mic format, wherein participants sign up for a specific time, at Sessions, we have you put your name in a bowl. Next the host draws two names at a time and both take the stage to trade songs back and forth for about 3 songs each.

Weekly open mic open to acoustic musicians. Covers, originals, all ages. Instruments available to borrow including bass, guitar, piano, hand drums.
7-10 pm. Two songs or 10 minutes each. You can sign up on F.A.M.E.'s Facebook page or at the venue.Acoustic music - hand drums are fine.
This is an outdoor venue - inclement weather may mean moving the Open Mic to Aya Cultural Arts Center on West Patrick Street
