My partner and I own and manage a large (10,000 square feet) commercial building in Cape Canaveral. We have remodeled the building inside and out. Now we have a gym (Rocket Gym), a 2,400 sq ft lounge (The Golf Lounge), a 1,400 sq ft private garden (Rocket Gardens), a beer/wine license, a commercial kitchen, a walk-up ice cream window (Cape Ice Cream). And we love music. We can open the big shop door of The Golf Lounge to connect it to the gardens.
