A little history about the Big Ass Jam, we started open mic / open jam about five years ago at the Anchor Bar in downtown Winter Haven because everyone there loved Live music. We have had and still have some of the same musicians with the jam now ... I believe it has been going so well all this time because we have novice musicians and professional musicians that are not only there to entertain you but also themselves as musicians....so whatever the reason maybe we are trying to keep it fun for participants and listeners. We are also the longest running open Mic / Jam in Polk County stop on in you wont be sorry we just ask that you have fun its a great place with friendly people our matto You Never Know who will show up.
