Hello! i am a guitarist/vocalist/songwriter who is completely obsessed with performing as much as possible. i play in a band called the hydrants but also take to performing solo. i am based in new york but whenever i can i travel all across the east coast playing at open mike nights in every city i can, i find it to be more effective with getting the word of your music out as opposed to booking tours where you don't know anyone in the towns your playing at and end up playing to an empty room hundreds of miles away! if anyone has any leads and wants to help me network on this soon to be nationwide expedition feel free to contact me at johnvelsormusic@live.com i'd love to support your act in your town as well as have you set something up by me!
