Join us for an evening of creative expression at THE OLD TORRANCE COFFEE AND TEA, located at 1413 Marcelina Ave. in Old Town Torrance.
Sign-up will be at 6pm. Open Mic hours are 6:00pm-8:00pm on Thursday Nights.
DUE TO EVEN MORE STRINGENT BMI/ASCAP REGULATIONS, WE MUST INSIST ON ORIGINAL WORKS ONLY. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THEY ARE KNOWN TO HAVE THEIR REPRESENTATIVES SIT IN THE AUDIENCE AND RECORD YOUR PERFORMANCE.
If you just want to drop by and listen to the entertainment and/or get to know some of your neighbors over great coffee and fresh pastries, by all means - stop in.
Musicians/singers will be limited to 2 songs/per set. Spoken word artist and poets will be limited to 2 poems or 10 minutes/per set. If time permits, after everyone attending has been heard, we will extend extra time to performers, at the discretion of the host/hostess. The Open Mic is held outside (in front of the coffeehouse). For this reason, the Open Mic will be canceled in the event of rain
