US and Canadian Open Mikes - by musicians, for musicians

Fundraiser concert + open mic featuring Diane Perry, violinist and singer-songwriter, who recently fell and broke bones in both of her hands. This is her first concert tour since the injuries.

Her duo with guitarist Todd Dennison aims for Beauty, Passion and Heart, and hits the mark every time, with original and cover music in a Classical- and Jazz-infused Folk style.

Her "Return to Playing - the Broke But Not Broken" tour begins with this coffehouse-style concert followed by open mic. Refreshments are included with admission at this hip storefront internet cafe.

T-shirts with an image of her broken hand's actual xray will be available for sale, and donations of any amount to help her pay her medical bills will be gratefully accepted.

Suggested donation at the door is $12, but please don't stay home if you can't afford it… come and attend the concert, and stay to play the open mic. With Todd Dennison and guest Dave Sherman. Also, please visit www.DianePerryFolk.com for live concert video performances.

Diane Perry's music has been called "madly original" and "playful, mischeivous, and innocent all at once. Her concert hall tone is full and pure, and a joy to hear!" by the New Jersey Jazz Society Magazine.
