Thursday Night Open-Jam/Open-Mic/Wing/Clam Night @ The Night Cap - 252 Chenango Street - Binghamton, NY with the sounds of "Spare Parts Unlimited" (A group of musicians and bands from around the Southern Tier) Our Wednesday, & Thursday Open-Jam/Open-Mic Nights are hosted by myself, Ted "Chico" Orinik. Even if you don't have your instrument, I bring along a 6 string, a 12 string, a Mandolin, a Banjitar, Harmonica's & a Djembe, musicians are welcome to use them. Victor "Bigfoot" Lay is our House Drummer. Mark "The Shark" Gentile, is our House Bass Player, Mark "Crazy Fingers" LaTorrey is our House Lead Player, Lee "Country Boy" Goble is our House Acoustic Country Player, Eric "The DJ" Knifer is our House Sound Man and Acoustic/Electric Player & Deniz "Wonder Woman" Hromek is our House Photographer. We usually start out with acoustic from 8:00 until 9:30 then switches over to electric from 9:30 until 12:00… We have 1 other Open-Jam/Open-Mic Night for the time being that I host: Wednesday Night Open-Jam/Open Mic @ Mary's Bar & Lounge 85 Castle Creek Road in Binghamton. We've had 4 visiting bands: Pawn Shop, The Re-Uniter's, Deep Tracks & Thoughts As Devices. They plan on making reappearances.
