Hello Im Isis i am a Spoken word artist in the Cincinnati area I have performed at many diffrent events in the course of three years. I have performed in over the Rhine, and at Gabriels corner I Currently host my own open mic at Peaslee Neighborhood Center. These events are every final friday of the month. Also i performed at the arts for A change concert at St.Johns in .I attend the school of Creative and Performing Arts my Majors are Piano and drama. I have played for a little over eight years. My hobbies are Dancing,singing and of course writing. I believe that i am a voice in the world and that i can better serve my generation and community through my work of writing I am apart of the group called "MAAT's HARMONY" with another friend of mine. Poetry to me is one of the ways i express myself i try to encourage many of teens just like me to take their emotions and turn that negative energy and to turn it into a positve outcome by putting their thoughts to pen and paper, rather than letting emotions run your life.
