Across from the Zoo. Friendly neighborhood pub with great pub food (salads, burgers, hand cut fries, hand cut onion rings & chocolate cake too)/full menu! Outdoor sidewalk patio with umbrella tables alongside Connecticut Avenue. This is a popular jam and you never know who's going to show up - sometimes traveling musicians! Big Boy Little Band opens the night, playing traditional blues for an hour, and then the blues jammers take the stage. Makes for a great night of music and the audience is appreciative! The Big Boy Little Band features Bret Littlehales (vocals & harmonica), Matt Kelley (guitar & vocals), Steve "Wolf" Crescenze (bass) and Robbie Leebrick (drums). They also have the 1st Saturday gig at the Zoo Bar, and Arthur Gerstein (keyboard & vocals) joins them on gigs!
