To answer Dee's question, We can play background tracks on a CD that you provide, or bring musicians to the stage to back your singer up.
Bill "Garfield" Medei (7/2008): do you provide any music for the open mic performers. I have a great singer and I mean dynamic that is tryingto get started. she is thinking of coming over and just wanted to find out about your set up
dee (10/2007): One of the easiest places to play your music. The staff, management and music crowd are all very welcoming. Café owner Michelle makes tasty fare along a healthy and vegetarian line--her veggie chile is to die for. the brownies are awesome too. 3 songs per performer is standard; sometimes more if you can convince bill on not so busy nights. Mondays and Tuesdays from 8:30pm to 1am
jim nechin (11/2006): Positive atmosphere, all ages venue, good sound, orignals encouraged but anything goes. I even saw a guy play a table on stage… and he was good too!!!
