Can anyone confirm if this is still active ? I'm travelling to WA week of Sept 18th and will go early to sign up.

The new time is 8pm-11pm with it sometimes going until midnight. Rock'n Michelle Damm It is now hosting the Open Mic, and we bring a full drum kit and seasoned musicians to jam with. Groups get 20-30 mins of stage time, and solo acts get 15 mins. Group jams also go for 30 mins.

This is an awesome venue, the largest in the area, with a 15' x 20' x 3' high stage, a 10,000 watt PA system run by a professional sound guy, and professional lighting. And if that is not enough, we stream the entire event over the Internet (Internet Radio) and into the 3D virtual world know as SecondLife where we have another 40-60 fans that listen in.

Waldo's offer the most professional and satisfying open mic experience for both the amatuer and professional in the Seattle area.

I hope to see as many of your join us every Thursday evening as possible. Show up early, as sign up is on a first come first served basis.

If you're trying to attract area musicians you might look at a later start time. Most open mics in the area start at 9. I personally would like to see some start at 8, but 6:30 isn't enough time for musicians or audience to get home from a day job and turn back around. Just a suggestion.
