- Albany Poets is proud to present this truly innovative monthly series at Valentines. Albany Poets Presents is a brand new event series for poetry, spoken word, music, art, and more. Each month we will be featuring artists from the Albany area and beyond in order to support the arts. Albany Poets Presents brings a new formula to the arts community as it will not stick to the "open mic + feature" format. Each month will see something different. Albany Poets Presents takes place on the first Tuesday of each month at Valentines, 17 New Scotland Ave, Albany. Doors open at 7:00PM, the show starts at 8:00PM. Admission is based on donation.
