reply to this comment Chase (7/2011): Yes indeed - new format and new host. All genres accepted. 15 minute sets. There's a drum kit and an electric amp there for rocking, but it's a small space so we don't get TOO loud. I broadcast the night Live at ustream.tv/channel/ilyaimy and record the whole thing. If you want your set afterwards, let me know! Music from 7-10, signup at 6ish. It's a beautiful, eclectic record shop that's fun to browse in between sets.

reply to this comment Anonymous (6/2010) New host: Rob from a band named IlyAIMY. Awesome musician who, as 1st-time host here ran it smooth as silk. Don't think there was a piano there. House drums is a 3 or 4 piece w/minimal cymals, but I heard 3 drummers rock the mess out of it on 9/14. -Open mic @ Trax on Wax is every 2nd and 4th Tuesdays. -I even picked up an LP that a friend of mine has been trying to find for 30 years! reply to this comment erC (9/2010) My piano player has been bringing a keyboard, but it's at his discretion.
