This is a great open mic, for solo artists, duos, but especially for bands. 30-minute sets! Not the usually 3-song, 15-minute set. Big Stage. Drum set and bass amp on stage. Great sound system run by Kyle Zender. And he'll record you and give you a CD at the end of your set for $10. Great for self-evaluation. And if you really nail a song, you can put it on your website. Highly recommended.

I just went to The Toad Taverns web site and eyeahus they still have Open Mic. If your tired of disturbing your neighbors by having your band jam live in your garage, take it here. Here is where you will get your support. I played there three years ago. It was fun.

we played the Toad the begining of jan. the sound was awsome and the stage was the perfect size. you should play here at least once you won't regret it!
