Skip the Monday night Open Mic night here. The host puts his friends ahead of you in the set list. He doesn't care whether you play or not. Plus, the place is small, there's a tiny crowd, and it's in Godawful Alexandria. Please.

Godawful Old Town Alexandria? Only one of the coolest neighborhoods in the mid Atlantic Region. I guess you're from Reston and miss the neverending line of lifeless strip malls, tract housing, Olive Gardens, and Starbucks. - Classic Rock is Mind Control!!

Okay! I went to the Tavern on the Monday night open mic… Eddy is by far one of the coolies hostes you will ever meet, he's also a very nice live juke box for live acoustic versions of Britney Spears songs! :). As for the tavern, its well a bar… so attention to YOU (the singer) will not happen lightly. Also its more of a covers atmosphere, the more covers you play, the more response you will get. Not recommended if you only play originals, but you're all about covers… then this place is for you. Other than that, it was fine. the people are kind and friendly and chalese happens to be Tiffany's favorite little preformer… rock on chales! :)

open mic on monday nights are awesome. i played once and couldn't stay away. i was immediately welcomed into the tiffany family. and eddie's my boy. he runs a great show all night
