Looks like Steve's plans worked - since we were last in town the night's seen a resurgence and our visit this time around was absolute magic. They've also added real food to their menu and a beautiful recording studio upstairs.

we have played there before for a private party

more recently, the Space's open mic seems to be dying out, which is sad to see. Fortunately the owner, Steve Rodgers, has some plans to revitalize it so expect some changes over the next few months (and call before showing up). The showcase slot is still coveted by VERY talented musicians from all up and down the east coast as the Space is so conveniently located smack dab in the middle of 95's passage through CT. $5 cover.
