Come on down to Tagine, a Belly Dancing inspired restaurant in the heart of Hell's Kitchen for Hookah Palooza Mondays, and hear belly laughs galore. Let's smoke away those Monday Blues. Susannah (2/2004): We are now starting at 8:30pm. Sign up at 8:00pm. Cozy Moroccan restaraunt. No Cover. Kitchen closes at midnight… gooood food. Hookas available (puff, puff smoking law?)
