Almost Cool is a 5-piece cover band that runs an Open Mic/Open Jam every Thursday evening at the St. George Pub in Georgetown (thestgeorge.ca). We have a full 5-piece drum kit (bring your own pieces if you want) and a complete concert sound system consisting of 3 stage monitors, 4 mics, DI for acoustic guitar, 2 electric guitar amps (bring your own pedals), and bass amp with more inputs on the board for anything else you may bring. Everything from solo acts to full bands, covers to originals welcome.
