This is my last blues jam for 2010 in Mass. now back to MAINE one last jam up there remember support live music when you can ,I know playing at a open mikes can be alot warmer then some basement or garage this time of year. Hope this blues jam keeps going because they have some new young players showing a very strong interest in music. Big thanks to Steve who is able to open his doors to support blues jam like this one.

I went tonight and got there about the same time as everyone else. Before a number of jammers to be sure. I ended up playing in the last set to an empty room with a few regulars who did country music. At least I think that's what it was. I was there last week and was told it got recorded. Someone wanted my e-mail address so they could send me a copy. After they had my addy, they mentioned I might not get a copy this week or mabye next or some such something I wasn't sure. All in all a very typical "blues" jam for this area.

Well on vacation from Maine this week staying in Onset MA ,trying to hit all the blues jams and I went to this one and ran into some new players and some old players from other jams, the house band starts off with more of a jazz set then turns it into a blues jam. "We must support live music" when we can.
