- I took my ESL students last night. They (and I) loved it. The atmosphere is fun, the ice cream was wonderful, and everyone made us feel so welcome. I played and sang 4 songs and it was the best open mic I have ever attended. Our class will be returning, that's for sure.
Bill Chambers (10/2007)- Great experience, fun venue, friendly & comfortable, all ages & music genres. New host Jim Dowell is gracious, organized & fair in showcasing the talent. THE BEST ICE CREAM & COFFEE DRINKS IN TOWN!! Manager Justin keeps the groove moving with his wit & patience. The host will book talent on the spot for weekend gigs. Stage will fit 4-person band, however, only one mike, one amp, one cord. Bring your friends, hang out on the comfy couches, enjoy the food & drinks.
Terry (5/2006)- It's a fun scene: everyone's very friendly and laid-back, and the food/coffee is pretty good. Very supportive. You only get two songs, though, and some people sign up twice (with different accompanists), which can be a little frustrating. Overall a good experience.
Thomas (8/2005)- I had a good time here, it was relaxed and i guess the amount of people there can be pretty relaxed. On top of this, they seem to have a great coffee and ice cream selection. I'll be back.
Anthony (7/2005)- Really awesome place! I was there just yesterday for the first time, the people are super friendly, very cool coffee shop, they make you feel welcome and by the end of the night they make you feel like your now one of the family, the place had such a good vibe that after it closed at 9pm almost ALL of us just hung out at the parking lot infront of the store, jamming, joking and having lots of fun. Definatly recomended, you have not lived until you've checked this place out.
