- The Bob Noble Band, a.k.a Bob Noble & The Blue Voodoo band (bobnobleband.com) hosts this Open Mic Blues jam every other thursday from 8-11pm. On going for 8 years!

- Thursday night at Shank's provides some of the best music you could hear anywhere. I'm not a musician, but I appreciate all of you that show up. We do alternate hosts right now, one week is Steve Andre and the Giants and one week is Blue Voodoo. On Saturday, March 28th, 2009 Shanks is hosting the 9th Anniversary Jam.

- The Thursday Blues Jam, is hosted by local blues trio "BRB" and runs from 7:30 pm till 11 pm… or so. Name brand and Craft brewed beers on tap and in bottles. Food is awesome and available till 9 pm (usually, sometimes later sometimes earlier). PA and drum kit provided by Shanks Tavern, bass amp & guitar amp provided by the host band.
