- I loved this open mike the one time i did it ----- which was a few weeks ago. Trippy, interesting little--long skinny bar with a couple of cozy rooms off to the side. Drum kit and gear in the rear and a casual but friendly process that may change from time to time. It's a neighborhood place. The host was fun and friendly and got us on soon after we moseyed in. The crowd was warm and receptive and there were lots of young people and old people mixed together. A very unique experience… which I will try again sometime soon. This is not your everyday… sign the list… follow the rules… kind of open mike… but wonderfully worth it.

- I've been with my band. Things were pretty loose, the night I was there. Some nights they have a house band. I don't believe it ever gets so busy you couldn't play. Seamonster is a great place, you should give it a shot.

- Are there any reports from anyone about this open mike? I've been wondering what the scene is-----real sign-up process with list person etc or one of those loose deals where the bartender has his buddies play-----? any reports out there?
