Can you plug in an ipod with the background track of your music? or does it have to be a live instrument?
Paul Calderone (9/2009): Do you guys have poetry readings??.I am wanting to do a reading of my unpublished work!.
Kevin (9/2009): As an out-of-towner, I was given a bit of a cold shoulder, but repeat returns may help at Rockie's. It appears to be a very friendly venue for local folks; Rob is very supportive and talented.
Fred Bement (10/2008): I've just been to the rockie raccoons for the first time, and it's really been great. Rob is a GREAT host, people are relaxed and friendly, atmosphere is great. I can just recommend it to everyone looking for an open mic in toronto!
Man In White (3/2007): Rockies open mic is up for anything, however mostly you'll find singer/songwriters testing ther new material. We are up for anything but so far we are just a spotlight and a sound system. Please bring your own instrument and call in advance if you are bringing a group. Rob Elder wll be your host and everyone is looking forward to seeing you!
