TheGeorgeF (5/2011): Yes this open mic is still active. Yes the place gets packed but the crowd is stale when it comes to performers. Its a good place to practice your schtick in front of a crowd but don't expect adulation from this "tough crowd" Stand-up comics are welcomed as far as I know. I haven't been there too often lately but I expect to make there regulary soon.
Johnny Cheapo (3/2011) Couldn't have said it better man. Great place to practice, just don't expect people to listen. Unless your playing music people know and like when their drunk. Dustin (7/2011): Is this open mic still active? What's the average turnout act (music,comedy,poetry)? I'm looking to do some comedy.
TheGeorgeF (2/2011): Hey mr comedian don't worry about it, nobody listens any way, just pretend you're not even there, the crowd does.
