Sign up at 6:00, wait until 7 for open mic to begin, then realize I have to sit throught 60 minutes of "featured" performer before open mic begins. featured performer is no better or worse than others who perform, not worthy of 60 minutes; maybe 20 minutes would be a fair compromise, and give the 12 others performers a little more time. Also, it would be nice if all of the seats, sofas, etc, faced the stage.
Albie (11/2011): Overall this was a pretty cool venue, sound was pretty good, coffee and tea were pretty good, diverse crowd with an accepting vibe. Of everyone that played the night I went no one was painful to listen to and a few performers were downright amazing. Worth checking out for sure.
