I have played this open mic, a couple of times so far. The crowd can be unresponsive at times. Jefferson Jay is The Maaan. He is very welcoming and Shanna, the sound lady is very good. 2 Songs or 10 Minutes but they're relaxed about set up. You here everything, I personally play Hard Rock/Metal with a jazz fusion, and use a talk box, effects pedal, and back up music, and have been welcomed at Portugalia. Oh also the $5.00 plates are the shiate!
