Hi Bill, thanks for commenting, it helps us find what works for our artists as we are just starting out. We will move it to 15 minutes, and give a second round of performances if there is time. I hope you will come check us out, we had a great mix of poets, musicians, stand-up comics, and even a book reading tonight. We welcome all artists! Best, Tori

Yea Tori, I'm with Jim, we need at least 15 minutes to make our drive worth our time as artists. It's not about volume, it's about quality!

HI Jim, thanks for your feedback. We are changing it to 5-10 minutes, with a second round as time allows. I hope you will give it another try! All the best to you, Tori

This had a decent first night with normal (15 min) time slots, but then they cut it down to 5-7 minutes per performer, which makes no sense at all, given that they did not even fill up the three hours allotted. Open mics aren't for seeing how many performers you can jam into three hours--you have to give at least 15-20 mins. I've never seen any open mic operate this way. It's not worth it.
