max (6/2007): This is definitely the best open mic I have been to in the New England area in years… I've been to them all… Oak Hill Tavern is a great Honky Tonk… this guy Buddy Cav runs the show… very nice sound… plenty o' time to play… every thursday 8pm to midnight… every open mic should be this good.
Frank Louis (1/2006): The host runs great sound , with generous stage time allowed. Great atmosphere and a fair and comfortable environment.
Steve Hodge (1/2006): We have a great P A - plenty of time to play - good food cheap - this open mic is going strong… lots of good writers , players,entertainers… (no drums)… all players are entered into a monthly drawing for a gift certificate. It's a very comfortable place.
