This is a very eclectic and laid-back venue. The talent range is wide and dynamic. Good coffee- served by a crew of rotating volunteers- nice folks in a very nice neighborhood, so parking around the corner is not a problem. A real haven for the non-drinker and non-smoker- they have outside tables with ashtrays in conducive weather. It is very much the '60s coffeehouse.
Walter Craft (5/2010): Neutral Ground is New Orleans' oldest coffeehouse and the heart of the New Orleans folk scene for twenty-five years. It has live music seven nights a week and there is never a cover charge.
