I went to this open mic yesterday. It was excellent. Don't let the front room fool you with the bar and pool tables. There's a back room with large ceilings, wood floors, professional sound equipment (and a person who knows how to work it), and plenty of seating. This time I just listened instead of perfoming and the vibe was awesome. Any type of performance is welcome whether music, poetry, comedy… etc.

Signup: 7pm. Showcase Feature: 9pm - 10pm

Each week a performer is chosen for the showcase slot the following week. The showcase is a paid performance slot of one hour the following week. If the performer does not have enough material for 1 hour, the showcase will be split with another performer. It is rumored to be one of the best sounding open mics in Tacoma. Great sound, great performers and a great open mic night. We are having lots of fun.
