- this place has an awesome atmosphere… i felt like i was at home the second i walked in… renda runs an off the chain open mic,bartender is great… everything else is self explanitory… would recomend every one to show up on tuesday
a.c.f. (1/2010)- This is the ONLY good open mic in the area right now. Renda is one of the best open mic hosts around and the crowd that is out every Tuesday always makes you want to come back. Great bartender, great host, great people… why aren't you joining us?

- I agree with the others who have commented. Kevro's has the best open mic I format of anything I've found in the area. I highly recommend it!

I consider myself an "open-mic" junkie and must admit it is VERY refreshing to experience open mic nights at Kevros on Tues. Not just as a performer… but as a true fan of artists trying out new material without a net… hungering for a suportive audience to hear and share with. Kevros delivers!!!
Since discovering Kevros a few months ago I have stumbled upon some of the best musicians, comedians, poets,and yes… belly dancers!!… waiting to be discovered. This is a QUALITY open mic that is becoming a *gasp* trendy scene for original artists (musical and otherwise) to network about their art. The word here is QUALITY!!!! This says a lot about Kevro's. They have created a "scene" that is transcending the sometimes "Hey! It's about ME playing!!" vibe and truly become a supportive collective for all musicians of all types… and that my friends is VERY unique and refershing in this day and age. For this reason alone you owe it to yourself to experience Kevro's at least once because once is all it takes.
At the risk of sounding dramatic it WILL change your views on open mics, open mic venues, adn the owners who work so hard for them. The owners Kevin & Deb are "creative angels" and artists just like us… supporting us… and nurturing us… AND trying to make a living at it (SO PLEASE SUPPOPORT THEM!!!!!!! AND OFFER YOUR PATRONAGE AND $$$) I promiss you will never be the same afterwards!!!!! Who knows they may like your performance so much on Tues. that they'll invite you back on a Thursday to play a whole night of your own material. Hmmm… could happen… it IS Kevro's afterall

This is the newest and coolest open mic in Delray Beach at the newest and coolest venue.
The Kevro Art Bar has free Wi-Fi internet access, ample parking, beer, wine, ping-pong table, huge outdoor patio, photography/video studio.
This open mic is open to artists and performers of all genres and all styles. There is no censorship and ADMISSION IS FREE!

Directions: Take I-95 to Atlantic Ave. in Delray Beach - Get off at Atlantic Ave. and take it East about 1.5 miles until you his SE 2nd Ave - Make a right on SE 2nd Ave (now heading South) - Go South 1 and a half blocks - The place will be on your right side - You can't miss it
