A hearty thank you goes out to all the talented musicians that rocked at JD Muggs on Sunday. We had over a dozen musicians and bands come to perform their original music, covers and pick-up sessions. Thanks again to Judge Fletcher, Jack Burr, Travis Carmona, Tom, Bob, Kent, Doug, and Barry; and to all the bands- Grateful Ed, Angry Laughter, The Great Unknowns, OD Jo, and XSQUAD. March 9th is our next open mic and should be another rocking night.
In the Bag Recording Studio (2/2008): UPDATE: Due to the Easter Holiday there will be no open mic on March 23rd. There will be an open mic held on MARCH 30th instead (which is actually the 5th Sunday of March). Any questions email or call In the Bag Recording Studio.
In the Bag Recording Studio (2/2008): We expect to have a great mix of music on the 24th, this Sunday. There was a special request from one of the JD Muggs regulars for more blues so if you can play the blues we would love to have you.

In the Bag Recording Studio (2/2008): Mike Caplan, chief engineer and producer at In the Bag Recording Studio (of Lombard, IL) is sponsoring this open mic to help promote live music in the area. We are offering new and seasoned musicians a welcoming stage to perform. We are open to bands, duos, solo, rock, blues, grunge, accoustic guitar, pop, blue grass, etc. We will provide a drum kit and the basic stage equipment. We welcome all ages but if under 18 please bring your parents. We hope you will come and sign up early, have some dinner, get to know the other musicians and stay for a night of good music.
