Galileo's is a small space-- less than 1000 square feet and has a cabin look to it. They provide an amp & mike, though acoustic music does carry well (maybe even better). It's open to all, and very go with the flow. There's plenty of space outdoors if the indoors get cluttered, and they have heat lamps out there. Also, they offer free coffee & tea to guests who attend. It's strictly donation based.
