The Druid Pub
Long ago, I was up in Edmonton, ended up at open mike, I played some Joni Mitchell on piano but they said I had to try the open microphone. So I did, a sort of paraphrasing of Sidhartha, with the accent.
It was a hit with the crowd, they were rolling in the aisles! circa 1974, Remember ("Hank-GoVinda meets the beautiful Kamala who shows him the two-fold path to Nirvanna ?") Man, it was fun!
Playing Irish Harp now, Greetings from down in the Arkansas -- Harpin Hank Hogan This might help but I had long hair and a long beard and was 23/24 years:

An excellently decorated Irish pub with a magnificent stage and appreciative crowd, The Druid helps harness those "performance energies" allowing you to enjoy your stage time, which always makes the music better. The host is friendly and knows how to work a sound board, and the "regulars" are talented musicians who are a pleasure to listen to. The Druid has a good vibe and is definitely worth checking out!
A bit of advice: get there early to sign up if you want to play. Such a large group of talented musicians brings the cost of a potentially long list.
