I'm fairly new to the LA area, but so far this is my favorite open mic. The regulars are talented (musicians, comics, and poets), and the host (Jason) is great at accommodating people performing. Everyone is very respectful of each other's time slot and talent, I dig it.

I should note that at this particular open mic, only ORIGINAL material can be played (some sort of agreement between Coffee Bean and the artists they regularly play on the shop's radio). So come prepared to play original music, not covers.
