Room acoustics are improved and we now use a Bose PA system so sound dynamics are much improved. Come by and check it out. Regarding the question about drums, this is an acoustic open mic so a drum set is not provided. However, percussion is always welcome.

Ethan (6/2008): This is a friendly, quirky open mic. Mostly covers on the night that i went, but very inclusive. The venue's a nice restaraunt and I was foolish enough to eat before going there… but DAMN every table had something that had me salivating. The high ceilings and hard floors make the sound kind of difficult if you're not right up in front of the stage. The whole place is boomy and you can't hear yourself too well. Still, a good night full of interesting people (and awesome sci-fi / 50's erotica wall decor). About a 3 song limit, over by 11.30 with a little jam at the end.
