Fellow Musicians, Song-Writers, Performers, & Patrons Alike! Come on out to Bold Bean this Friday Night September 30th 2016 for the @the_writers_night_lime_light open mic hosted by yours truly @salembeam !
1.) The show starts at 7pm sharp & ends at 10pm
2.) All performers will receive one free drink of their choice courtesy of Bold Bean Coffee Roasters :)
3.) Be sure to get there early for sign ups at 6:45! This is a First Come First Serve Open Mic! No reservations or pre-signs allowed. There's about 13 Spots open.
FYI- It is also frowned upon to sign up and then leave, the whole purpose of this open mic is to support and nurture talent and creativity for both the local artist in the Jacksonville area as well as out of town-ers/ new comers and beginners.
4.) This open mic is geared towards musicians and song writers, at this current moment we cannot permit time for poetry, comedy, acts that require a "track/ipod" or spoken word, maybe in the near future though :)
5.) Winner of the lighting round will receive two free hours of recording time with www.endangeredwisemenstudios.com for the "original" song performed.
6.) If you play well then we may ask you to one of our future upcoming "featured artist" where you will have the stage solo for your very own 20/25 Min set.
