There will be no open mike night tonight 4-30-08. We are refinishing our bar floor and it is taking longer than we expected, go figure. Sorry, The Blue Mermaid
John McCutchen (4/2008): Mr. Cunningham is a most gracious host and I felt right at home at this establishment. Both the musicians and the patrons were most hospitable as were the proprietors. I will most definately put this one in my "I'll -be-back-again" diary. Thank you all most sincerely. C. W.
Clayton Willoughby (12/2007): Music starts around 8 PM. Pretty laid back; the list is in the host's head, I'm told. Number of songs varies depending on how busy it is. The occasional juggler or comedian has been known to stop by
Sam Bayer (10/2007): This a pretty relaxed venue. You can show up whenever you want because their are never a great deal of people playing here, but there is usually a great deal of people drinking at the bar here, so the sets can generally go as long as you want.
