A veteran of the Jazz genere, Mike Finnerty's tenor sax drives the Heatmerchants. They play a large mix of jazz standards, both old and new. Starting at 7:00 they play a set by themselves, take a break, and then the fun begins. There have been blues players and singers, upright bass players, saxes, trombones, coronets, flugelhorns, jazz guitarists and "vampy" singers participating. These guys can play just about everything! Fun listening too! All kinds of beers, fine wines and Hecky's Bar-b-que sandwiches. What more could want --- Good music --- Good drinks --- Good friends! Best of all, NO COVER! Come on by, y'hear!
