A little clarity regarding the size of venue. Berthoud Brewing Company is a well-designed facility that has a capacity of over 80 patrons when the door is open to the adjacent large patio. Musician play to both the Taproom and the patio. It's an intimate facility with an enthusiastic audience. A Great Place To Play!

I must say that this is the smallest venue I've played in since the days I used to perform in places like The Sugar Shack,Corleones and Mile High Coffee. This is a great place for Open Mic.This place is family friendly and it's open to all ages.Sandy will let you play up to 15 minutes and if people like what your doing, you'll get to play an extra song. All originals and cover songs are welcomed.

A small correction to a previous comment: Musicians and other acts are allowed 15 minute sets according to sign-up. That includes setup and take down. They try to keep it moving so that everyone can play/sing/dance, whatever the talent… without having to wait too long. Sometimes artists go over a little and, yes, sometimes the crowd requests a little longer set because they do have lots of great entertainers.

The Berthoud Brewing Company Tap Room which includes a large adjacent patio accomadates over 80 customers comfortably. It's an intimate family-oriented venue that is always pleasurable to perform at.

The music and entertainment policy for the Sunday Afternoon Open Mics is 15 minutes including set-up and take down for each performance. Some performances are a little short of that or a little long, maybe two minutes either way. Once in a while, the crowd demands the artist(s)perform just a little longer. We try to give everyone a chance to play without having to wait until 'after hours'. We also appreciate the artists cooperation in all aspects of their hosted visit including keeping equipment including guitar cases and extra equipment in the vehicles instead of taking up audience room in the facility. Thank you.
