Applebee's still has their Open Mic growing nicely.Brian always welcomes newcomers.So if you want to go out and perform on Friday night and your not gigging anywhere,then come to the friendly neighborhood bar and grill.Applebee's has got good food and great Live entertainment for all ages.

Howard, thanks for posting all the photos. (Although the lighting made my hair look grey.) Anyway, this open mic is growing nicely. The stage room is too small for an Open Jam,but fine for an Acoustic Open Mic Night.All musicians get to play 4 to 5 songs or 30 minutes or whatever comes first.Brian and Andy are great hosts.This Open Mic is for all ages,so bring your kids with you.

One thing I love about Open Mics… each one seems to take on it's own personality. This one has turned out to be a great one for solo and duo acts. I run all instruments and mics through a mixer so I can optimize sound for everyone. (There's been a lot of great comments from the performers.) Not much interest in jamming, so we're just going to stick with the regular open mic format.

Also, It's fairly laid-back and I've found that having folks call in and reserve a time wasn't working. So just show up and sign up. We'll get you in.
