- I love comments from anon! Driving to Denver sounds fun! Actually, my open mic actually starts at 8pm. Most folks coming down are quite talented, and I don't turn them down to make myself sound good. Participants may bring their own band, play solo, do comedy or poetry. welcome to one and all.
Tim Zahn (6/2008)- The host likes to turn up the volume for his performance and then turn everyone else down to make himself look good. There is some talent there but nobody was overly friendly (though Manitou was generally friendly outside of the bar). If you're a serious and original musician I'd get a gig or go to Denver instead of wasting your time here…
